What You Can Expect
Each healing session lasts at least 1.5 hours. We start with a thorough conversation to bring forth anything that needs to be expressed, released, or transformed in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. A sacred space is established before we begin. During our time together, I will follow the energy of your body, using one or a blend of modalities. You can request specific healing modalities. I may also integrate other modalities as needed. A personalized session will emerge to address your needs. I may offer suggestions or practices for to continue your healing independently. Nothing happens during a session without your knowledge or permission.
Individuals have sought my healing services during various life transitions, trauma, abuse, assault, grief/loss, and challenges with reproductive health.
